You can perform a quick reset of your Secretlab MAGNUS Pro by pressing and holding the “Down” button until “RST” is displayed on the digital panel and a beep is heard.

If your standing desk remains unresponsive, please disconnect it from power and allow the Control Box to rest for at least 10 seconds, before reconnecting it to power.

Do also check that the Control Box is securely attached to the metal desk top, all cables are properly connected and there are no obstructions which may trigger the anti-collision system.

2. Press and hold the Down button again until the digital display shows “RST.”
3. The desk will move up and down slightly. Do not release the button until a beep is heard.
4. The motorized leg columns are now synchronized via the software in the Control Box.
5. Raise the desk to the highest and lowest position to confirm proper function.
