Shipping generally costs around ₩25,000 for one Secretlab chair and ₩50,000 for one MAGNUS Pro Sit-to-stand Desk via Kyungdong delivery services (our chairs and desks are very heavy—a testament to their durability). Depending on your location, the final shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout at our shopping cart page. Also, we have free shipping promos from time to time, so do keep a lookout.
We ship to residential or commercial addresses in Korea including Jeju island, but are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
If you have a special delivery request, such as calling in advance, scheduling delivery dates, or leaving the package in a specific location, please reach out to courier service directly after placing your order.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Icheon City, Gyeonggi Province. Your order typically takes up to 1 working day to be processed and will be delivered within 1-3 working days.* Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number that you can use to follow your package as it makes its way to you.
